NANLITE introduces the 120W full-colour spotlight FC-120C

GTC Patron, NANLITE introduces the new NANLITE FC-120C offering creators a high-performance, full-colour LED spotlight option that won’t break the bank. Versatile, highly portable lighting has become an essential for creators.  It features a wide range of colour output options, high illuminance with adjustable colour temperature, various special effects, and flexible power options, including a PD adapter input. With its compatibility with NANLITE’s complete ecosystem of FM mount accessories, the FC-120C is an indispensable all-around lighting tool for creators and small to medium-sized teams, helping them easily tackle a wide range of shooting situations.

Stylish Design

The NANLITE FC-120C continues the clean, modern design language of the FC series. It features a contrasting gray/black body with distinctive blue accents. This stylish, minimalist design aesthetic is beautifully combined with the compact body to create a light that will look as good on any set.

Lightweight design, Brilliant Colour Output

The NANLITE FC-120C is incredibly lightweight at only 1.13kg and it can output 12,850 lux@1m (5600K, with reflector), making it stand out from other colour LED lights of a similar power draw. Importantly it delivers powerful white light as well as bright, diverse colour light. This makes the FC-120C ideal for anything from interviews to the most colourful creative shoots.

Accurate Colour Rendering

Equipped with NANLITE’s specially developed colour mixing technology, the FC-120C offers a wide colour temperature range from 2700K to 7500K. It also has advanced fine tuning of white light with ±150 Green/Magenta adjustments. These features allow for easy fine-tuning of the colour output to match different light sources on set and provide users with flexibility to achieve richer, more vibrant visual effects. This professional-grade colour rendering capability of the FC-120C allows it to meet the rigorous demands of professional photography and film production, accurately rendering skin tones and fine details, and giving every frame and every photo a true-to-life colour balance and delicate texture.

Four Lighting Modes, Create Various Atmospheres

The FC-120C features four built-in lighting modes: CCT, HSI, RGBW, and effect modes. Users can easily control each mode through the intuitive user interface on the lamp head, or wirelessly via the NANLINK App. Settings can be customized
effortlessly with full control at the user’s fingertips. 

Precise and Flexible Control

The FC-120C offers precise and flexible control through four methods. Its on-board control panel features two knobs, two buttons, and a 1.9-inch display screen, providing straightforward and efficient operation. The recently upgraded Nanlink 2.0 app enhances the experience with a more flexible and intuitive interface, compatible with both mobile phones and tablets. It has a built-in 2.4G module, allowing for quick and easy adjustments via the wireless remote controller. For larger scenes, the FC-120C can be connected to a DMX console, ensuring reliable control of multiple light fixtures.

Complete Accessory Ecosystem, Versatile Applications

The FC-120C adopts the FM mount design, making it compatible with all FM mount modifiers and accessories. Since NANLITE introduced the FM mount in 2019, a complete ecosystem of accessories has been developed for it. Additionally, the included Bowens mount adapter allows it to be easily used with a wider range accessories, expanding the possibilities for light shaping even further. When an FM mount projection attachment with a 19° lens (sold separately) is mounted on FC-120C, it not only delivers an ultra-high illuminance of 46,370 lux @1m (5600K) and 19,740 lux @1m (green), but also opens up even more creative lighting effects through the use of framing shutter or gobo patterns.*

Flexible Power Supply Options

The FC-120C can be powered by an adapter, V-mount battery (14.4-14.8V/26V) or PD adapter. All these three power supply methods support the full power output of the FC-120C, providing stable power and flexible options for creation. The FC-120C can be connected to a V-mount battery grip (sold separately) or a power bank grip via the 5/8” mount on the bracket, allowing users to use the fixture handheld or mount it on a light stand. This setup eliminates the need for cables, enabling users to create anytime and anywhere.

Efficient Cooling, Noise Control

The FC-120C is equipped with an adjustable cooling system and has excellent noise control. Four fan modes* are available to choose from allowing user to choose their desired output and noise control depending on the shooting situation. 

Smart, Full Speed, Low Speed, and Off:
In Smart mode or Full Speed mode, the maximum output is 100%.
In Low Speed mode, the maximum output is 50%.
In Fan Off mode, the maximum output is 12%. 

Carry with Case, Pack with Ease

The FC-120C comes with an optimally designed lightweight and durable EPP carry case. The interior boasts an integrated molding structure, tailored by NANLITE to fit the fixture and accessories, ensuring safe and worry-free transportation.

Firmware Update

The FC-120C lamp head is equipped with a USB port for firmware update via a USB drive, guaranteeing future performance.
