Codex Compact Drive 1TB Update

Due to changes in the semiconductor market, Codex has had to modify a component of the Compact Drive 1TB. This change has no impact on the performance, reliability or capacity of the drives, but has caused the drives to get a new 'electronic signature'.

ARRI cameras have a mechanism to identify and accept only recording media which have passed their qualification test.

It is, therefore, necessary to update the list of supported drives for the new Compact Drives in the camera software. This updated list is included in ALEXA Mini LF SUP 7.1. Please update your ALEXA Mini LF camera to SUP 7.1 to support the new Compact Drives.
