The Future of Virtual Production Training

14:30pm Main Stage

Mo-Sys will also be hosting a panel session at 14:30pm discussing how to overcome the skills gap and maximise the opportunities of LED Virtual Production for Film and Broadcast with panellists including Alex Boutellier of Ravensbourne University London and David Levy Director, Business Development, Global Solutions at ARRI.

Virtual Production (VP) is rapidly growing – and evolving. It offers cost efficiency, reduced environmental impact and increased creativity as the boundaries to what is possible are pushed ever further outwards. Its uptake is challenged mainly by the shortage of trained VP technicians and a lack of hands-on practical learning opportunities for university students and industry professionals looking to upskill.

Known for its innovative solutions and expertise in VP for the broadcast, commercial and film industries, Mo-Sys along with industry and academic representatives will discuss “The Future of Virtual Production Training”, addressing the skills shortage and providing insight and useful information around the career development paths that exist.
