SmallHD adds RED® V-RAPTOR support to Camera Control for KOMODO® Software
GTC sponsor SmallHD has announced an upgrade to their Camera Control for KOMODO® software package. Now known as Camera Control for RED® RCP2™ Cameras (KOMODO, DSMC3™), the software adds support for RED’s new V-RAPTOR™ camera.
The updated software includes wireless camera control via Teradek’s Bolt 4K Monitor Modules. For customers who already own Camera Control for RED KOMODO, a free firmware update will be released for compatibility with V-RAPTOR. It can also be purchased as software-only, as part of a kit including the required cable, or bundled with a monitor from the Smart 7 series.

The Guild of Television Camera Professionals (GTC) is an independent craft association predominantly for professional TV, digital and film camera crew designed to support our members by facilitating excellence, education, knowledge and networking in moving image production. The GTC welcomes media professionals internationally across all moving image disciplines as members.
The International Association of Wildlife Film-makers, whose members are professional camera crew earning most of their income from making wildlife films, has been affiliated to the GTC since January 2016.
